Reading Notes Week 9 - Retelling Mahabharata, Part B

The Year of Disguise part in the second part of the Mahabharata was so entertaining. I love that each of the brothers disguise themselves as something/someone else. I could have a lot of fun having them pretending to be different things, maybe a far off prince, a joker, maid, cook, there is so just so many options! After their year of disguise, I wouldn't include a rape or anything I would have them overthrow the kingdom and taking it as theirs. I would probably have the five brothers rule together and have them live happily ever after.

Introduction to an Avid Netflixer :)

Hi! My name is Chelsee Aguirre . I just started my senior year here at OU and I am from Hydro, OK which is a really small town. My high school graduating class was only thirty-two students! I am also a TA for a gateway class, which I think is going to make for a great semester.  In my spare time I enjoy reading (Harry Potter is my favorite ), listening to Broadway soundtracks (Hamilton, Book of Mormon, Wicked, and so many more), getting overly attached to fictional TV show characters because I love Netflix (Doctor Who, The Office - which I am actually watching as a ...

Growth Mindset: Cats

Using the randomizer I found a couple of cats that I really liked either because they were cute, funny, relatable, or all of the above! The first one was adorable and very accurate. I've found the more I write the better I get at it, especially when it comes to my personal statements. The second meme made me laugh. I've always been a goal setter and while it can be sad to miss your goal it's good to even get close to reaching it because there is always next time! Cat Meme 1 Cat Meme 2
