Why Sleeping May Be More Important Than Studying I have always valued sleep. I've never been the kind of person who pulled all-nighters because I knew how important sleep was to me physically, mentally, and emotionally. Knowing how important sleep is already I thought it would be interesting to learn even more. Even though I knew how important sleep already was I couldn't believe how much of an impact sleep can really have - if you don't sleep you don't process and store what you're trying to learn, especially with language acquisition skills. I'm definitely going to try some of the sleep tactics they suggested in the article and seeing how else sleep can benefit me if I stop looking at screens about an hour before bed. Sleeping at School
